Cleveland home prices rise in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Cleveland rose by $4,400 while total sales increased by 5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were 592 homes sold, with a median sale price of $35,000 - a 14.4% increase over the $30,600 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 564 homes sold in Cleveland in October 2016.
