Strongsville home prices rise in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Strongsville rose by $9,750 while total sales increased by 18.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were 76 homes sold, with a median sale price of $184,750 - a 5.6% increase over the $175,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 64 homes sold in Strongsville in October 2016.
