Moreland Hills home prices rise in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Moreland Hills rose by $40,250 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $250,000 - a 19.2% increase over the $209,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Moreland Hills in October 2016.
