Garfield Heights home prices rise in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Garfield Heights rose by $15,250 while total sales increased by 39.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 89 homes sold, with a median sale price of $48,000 - a 46.6% increase over the $32,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 64 homes sold in Garfield Heights in September 2016.
