Bedford home prices rise in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Bedford rose by $2,400 while total sales increased by 18.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $61,500 - a 4.1% increase over the $59,100 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Bedford in September 2016.
