Brooklyn Heights home prices rise in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Brooklyn Heights rose by $11,750 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $177,500 - a 7.1% increase over the $165,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Brooklyn Heights in September 2016, as well.
