Strongsville home prices rise in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Strongsville rose by $10,250 while total sales increased by 5.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 73 homes sold, with a median sale price of $192,000 - a 5.6% increase over the $181,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 69 homes sold in Strongsville in September 2016.
