Independence home prices rise in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Independence rose by $16,700 while total sales increased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $206,700 - a 8.8% increase over the $190,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Independence in September 2016.
