Broadview Heights home prices rise in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Broadview Heights rose by $82,600 while total sales decreased by 42.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $242,500 - a 51.7% increase over the $159,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 33 homes sold in Broadview Heights in September 2016.
