Walton Hills home prices rise in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Walton Hills rose by $101,000 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $271,000 - a 59.4% increase over the $170,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Walton Hills in September 2016.
