Maple Heights home prices rise in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Maple Heights rose by $13,650 while total sales decreased by 7.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were 35 homes sold, with a median sale price of $44,900 - a 43.7% increase over the $31,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 38 homes sold in Maple Heights in August 2016.
