Garfield Heights home prices rise in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Garfield Heights rose by $8,450 while total sales increased by 73.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were 78 homes sold, with a median sale price of $50,450 - a 20.1% increase over the $42,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 45 homes sold in Garfield Heights in August 2016.
