Middleburg Heights home prices rise in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Middleburg Heights rose by $30,000 while total sales increased by 88.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were 51 homes sold, with a median sale price of $160,000 - a 23.1% increase over the $130,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Middleburg Heights in August 2016.
