Broadview Heights home prices rise in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Broadview Heights rose by $5,000 while total sales increased by 55%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $200,000 - a 2.6% increase over the $195,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Broadview Heights in August 2016.
