Lakewood home prices rise in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Lakewood rose by $24,500 while total sales increased by 18.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 90 homes sold, with a median sale price of $155,500 - a 18.7% increase over the $131,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 76 homes sold in Lakewood in July 2016.

The median sales tax in Lakewood for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,511, approximately 2.9% of the median home sale price for July 2017.
