Walton Hills home prices fall in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Walton Hills fell by $81,980 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $157,771 - a 34.2% decrease over the $239,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Walton Hills in July 2016, as well.

The median sales tax in Walton Hills for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,107, approximately 2.6% of the median home sale price for July 2017.
