Reading home prices fall in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Reading fell by $20,000 while total sales increased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $116,000 - a 14.7% decrease over the $136,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Reading in November 2018.
