Greenhills home prices rise in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Greenhills rose by $3,000 while total sales remained unchanged with five homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $122,000 - a 2.5% increase over the $119,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Greenhills in November 2018, as well.
