Anderson Township home prices rise in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Anderson Township rose by $56,500 while total sales increased by 23.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were 42 homes sold, with a median sale price of $238,000 - a 31.1% increase over the $181,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 34 homes sold in Anderson Township in November 2018.
