Kenwood home prices rise in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Kenwood rose by $131,500 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $355,000 - a 58.8% increase over the $223,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Kenwood in November 2018.
