Dillonvale home prices fall in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Dillonvale fell by $10,500 while total sales increased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $162,500 - a 6.1% decrease over the $173,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Dillonvale in August 2018.
