Sharonville home prices rise in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Sharonville rose by $37,800 while total sales decreased by 43.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $194,000 - a 24.2% increase over the $156,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Sharonville in August 2018.
