Broadview Heights home prices fall in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Broadview Heights fell by $41,500 while total sales increased by 52.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $213,500 - a 16.3% decrease over the $255,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Broadview Heights in July 2016.
