Avon home prices fall in October 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in Avon fell by $16,500 while total sales decreased by 27.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $283,500 - a 5.5% decrease over the $300,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 33 homes sold in Avon in October 2018.
