Wyoming home prices rise in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Wyoming rose by $500 while total sales increased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $305,000 - a 0.2% increase over the $304,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Wyoming in July 2018.
