Avon Lake home prices fall in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Avon Lake fell by $7,500 while total sales increased by 1275%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were 55 homes sold, with a median sale price of $250,000 - a 2.9% decrease over the $257,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Avon Lake in July 2018.
