Hamilton home prices rise in January 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2020 in Hamilton rose by $1,500 while total sales increased by 15.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2020, there were 60 homes sold, with a median sale price of $79,950 - a 1.9% increase over the $78,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 52 homes sold in Hamilton in January 2019.
