Middletown home prices rise in January 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2020 in Middletown rose by $14,100 while total sales decreased by 13.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2020, there were 56 homes sold, with a median sale price of $91,000 - a 18.3% increase over the $76,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 65 homes sold in Middletown in January 2019.
