Madison Township home prices fall in January 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2020 in Madison Township fell by $5,500 while total sales increased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2020, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $144,500 - a 3.7% decrease over the $150,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Madison Township in January 2019.
