Fairfield home prices unchanged in January 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2020 in Fairfield was unchanged while total sales increased by 22.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2020, there were 60 homes sold, with a median sale price of $150,000. There were 49 homes sold in Fairfield in January 2019, and the median sales price for the period was also $150,000.
