Hamilton home prices rise in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Hamilton rose by $6,400 while total sales increased by 2.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were 77 homes sold, with a median sale price of $105,000 - a 6.5% increase over the $98,600 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 75 homes sold in Hamilton in November 2018.
