Monroe home prices fall in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Monroe fell by $7,750 while total sales decreased by 10%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $184,750 - a 4% decrease over the $192,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Monroe in November 2018.
