Fairfield home prices fall in October 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in Fairfield fell by $1,000 while total sales decreased by 16.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were 61 homes sold, with a median sale price of $145,000 - a 0.7% decrease over the $146,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 73 homes sold in Fairfield in October 2018.
