Madison Township home prices rise in October 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in Madison Township rose by $15,000 while total sales decreased by 17.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $155,000 - a 10.7% increase over the $140,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Madison Township in October 2018.
