Oxford home prices fall in October 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in Oxford fell by $3,000 while total sales decreased by 7.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $159,000 - a 1.9% decrease over the $162,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Oxford in October 2018.
