Monroe home prices rise in October 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in Monroe rose by $25,000 while total sales decreased by 32%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $205,000 - a 13.9% increase over the $180,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Monroe in October 2018.
