Ross home prices fall in October 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in Ross fell by $7,500 while total sales increased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $225,000 - a 3.2% decrease over the $232,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Ross in October 2018.
