St. Clair home prices fall in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in St. Clair fell by $36,000 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $84,750 - a 29.8% decrease over the $120,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in St. Clair in September 2018.
