Hamilton home prices rise in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Hamilton rose by $16,000 while total sales increased by 34.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were 85 homes sold, with a median sale price of $104,000 - a 18.2% increase over the $88,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 63 homes sold in Hamilton in September 2018.
