Hanover Township home prices rise in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Hanover Township rose by $20,250 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $180,250 - a 12.7% increase over the $160,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Hanover Township in September 2018.
