Monroe home prices rise in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Monroe rose by $23,000 while total sales increased by 5.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $198,000 - a 13.1% increase over the $175,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Monroe in September 2018.
