Madison Township home prices fall in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Madison Township fell by $3,000 while total sales increased by 80%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $167,000 - a 1.8% decrease over the $170,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Madison Township in August 2018.
