Oxford home prices rise in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Oxford rose by $79,000 while total sales decreased by 31.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $229,000 - a 52.7% increase over the $150,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Oxford in August 2018.
