South Lebanon home prices fall in December 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2019 in South Lebanon fell by $2,000 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $121,000 - a 1.6% decrease over the $123,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in South Lebanon in December 2018.
