Waynesville home prices fall in December 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2019 in Waynesville fell by $42,450 while total sales decreased by 35.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2019, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $225,000 - a 15.9% decrease over the $267,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Waynesville in December 2018.
