Lebanon home prices rise in December 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2019 in Lebanon rose by $26,000 while total sales increased by 4.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2019, there were 44 homes sold, with a median sale price of $238,000 - a 12.3% increase over the $212,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 42 homes sold in Lebanon in December 2018.
