Springboro home prices rise in December 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2019 in Springboro rose by $22,050 while total sales decreased by 8.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2019, there were 33 homes sold, with a median sale price of $242,000 - a 10% increase over the $219,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 36 homes sold in Springboro in December 2018.
