Hunter home prices fall in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Hunter fell by $39,060 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $121,690 - a 24.3% decrease over the $160,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Hunter in November 2018.
