Franklin home prices fall in October 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in Franklin fell by $3,100 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were 40 homes sold, with a median sale price of $143,650 - a 2.1% decrease over the $146,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 50 homes sold in Franklin in October 2018.
