Lebanon home prices rise in October 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in Lebanon rose by $36,712 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were 68 homes sold, with a median sale price of $220,212 - a 20% increase over the $183,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 51 homes sold in Lebanon in October 2018.
